Management

Escalation Studios, located in Dallas TX, is owned and managed by game industry veterans Shawn Green, Tom Mustaine and Marc Tardif.

Shawn Green

Shawn’s experience spans over 17 years in the electronic entertainment industry. During that time, he has been a part of important periods and major events in the industry from the shareware boom in the early nineties that brought modern game development out of the garage and into the commercial market place, to the onset of the modern 3D gaming experience with the creation of the blockbuster games DOOM and Quake from id Software.

Marc A. Tardif

Marc’s 12 years of video game publishing and development experience has given him a unique insight into both sides of the industry. His keen understanding of video game consumers, video game marketing, and product development has helped him make significant contributions to some of the largest franchises in the industry.

Tom Mustaine

Tom has been creating games for 13 years. In 1996 Tom co-founded Ritual Entertainment and served as level designer, lead game designer, producer, and development director for over 10 years. In his earlier game development efforts, Tom founded and contributed to a number of projects using the DOOM and Quake engines.
